Turmeric Tahini Dressing

Turmeric Tahini Dressing

Creamy, plant based, high in minerals, B vitamins, calcium and vitamin E, alkaline, anti-inflammatory, 20% complete protein and did I say creamy?

Two minutes to take your plate of rabbit food to a rich, yummy, even healthier dish.  You can change the consistency and use it on salads, as a dip, or a spread.

1/2 cup of Tahini

1 heaping tablespoon of turmeric

1/2 cup of hot water (hot water will bring out the oils in the turmeric, otherwise it tastes dusty...yes, dusty).

juice of 3 limes

1/2 tsp of salt

1/2 tsp of pepper (the pepper helps your body absorb the turmeric)

Add all this to a blender or hand whisk in a bowl

You can add water to adjust the consistency and more lime, salt and pepper to taste.

Honestly, I don't use measurements I just spoon and squeeze things into a bowl until I reach a taste and consistency I like. But this is a good place to start. If you prefer it to be thicker for dipping add more tahini.

And did I mention creamy!?!
